The problem

Halo Market had a wide range of beautiful goods, but the marketplace experience made them feel interchangeable and pushed shoppers toward price before provenance.

Makers were telling rich stories through social channels and packaging, while the storefront reduced those stories to thumbnails, filters, and a familiar grid. Shoppers wanted confidence in what they were buying and who they were supporting, but the product gave them few reasons to slow down.

The solution

We redesigned the journey around maker context, using editorial discovery and small trust signals to make the marketplace feel more human from the first scroll.

Product pages gave process, place, and materials a more visible role, while collections created room for considered browsing beyond a single search query. Checkout stayed simple, but the path to it now carried enough meaning to make the purchase feel personal.
