The problem

Luma House had a strong physical point of view but no digital expression that carried its atmosphere beyond the front door.

The original website treated the property like a collection of rooms and amenities. Guests could find the practical information they needed, but the sense of arrival, intimacy, and local character that defined the stay was missing from the journey.

The solution

We shaped the site as a slow introduction to the house, letting the visual language and pacing do as much work as the booking flow itself.

Editorial photography, tactile transitions, and a quieter information architecture turned the experience into something closer to a digital welcome than a reservation funnel. The booking path remained direct, but it now felt like a natural continuation of the story rather than a separate utility.
