How quickly can we get started?
Once we’ve had the intro call and agreed on scope, most engagements can kick off within 1–2 weeks, depending on current availability.
What tools do you work in?
Primarily Figma for design and prototyping, with support for handoff tools like Zeplin or direct developer collaboration depending on your team’s workflow.
Do you work with early-stage startups or only established companies?
Both. Whether you’re validating an MVP or scaling an existing product, the process adapts to where you are, from early discovery and wireframes to polished, production-ready design.
How does the request queue work with Design Partner plans?
You submit design requests through Slack or email, and they’re tackled one (or two, on Design Partner+) at a time in the order they’re received. Since there’s no limit on requests, you can add as many as you’d like to the queue, they’ll just be worked through sequentially.
What if I’m not sure which plan is right for me?
Start with a free 30-minute intro call. It’s a low-pressure way to talk through your goals, timeline, and budget so we can figure out the best fit together.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription plans can be canceled anytime with no penalty for future months. For project engagements, refund terms are outlined in the project agreement before kickoff.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Both subscription plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel whenever your needs change.
